Eligibility for returns
Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Care products, personalised items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return
Contact us at info@hullbags.com.au to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been completed.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We will prioritise resolving the issue promptly.
